Which areas do you cover?
The City Bowl, the Southern Suburbs and the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. If you are nearby and not on the list, call or message us and we will tell you whether we can help.
How much will it cost?
Every service page lists our starting prices for common jobs. Your quote confirms the price once we know the details, and nothing starts until you have agreed it.
Can you come today?
Sometimes. Call us and we will tell you straight away whether we can come today and what it will cost, before anything is booked.
Who actually does the work?
Our in-house team of three, or a vetted contractor for specialist jobs. Your Project Manager manages every job and stays your point of contact throughout.
Do you work for landlords and businesses?
Yes. Rental property repairs, office maintenance and ongoing property maintenance are all on our price list.
Why are these starting prices and not fixed prices?
Because two jobs with the same name are rarely the same. The starting price is the simplest version; your quote is the real price for your job, and you have it before we start.
Do the prices include parts?
It depends on the job. Your quote shows labour and parts, so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you agree.
Can you quote from a photo?
Often, yes. Send it on WhatsApp with a short description. For bigger jobs, such as renovations or rewiring, we need to see the site first.
Why are renovations not on the list?
Every kitchen and bathroom is different, so renovations are quoted per project after we have seen the space.
