About Fix Pro
Fix Pro is a managed home repair and installation service in Cape Town. You make one call, and one person takes the job from there to the finish: who comes, when, what it costs and whether it was done properly.
It started with gas
Fix Pro grew out of Premier Gas. Gas customers kept asking the same question: who can I trust with everything else in the house? The plumber who doesn't come back, the electrician who never sends the quote, the handyman who starts and disappears.
So we built a team to answer it. Gas is still part of what we do, alongside plumbing, electrical, carpentry, security, handyman work and renovations.
Your Project Manager runs every job
Your Project Manager coordinates the work. When you call, your Project Manager works out what the job needs, agrees the price with you before anything starts, sends the right person and checks the work is finished properly.
That is the part most people find missing with tradespeople, and it is the part we are built around.
Who does the work
A core in-house team of three handles most jobs. For specialist work we bring in vetted contractors, and your Project Manager manages them the same way. You deal with one person either way.
How we price
Our starting prices are published on every service page and on the pricing page, so you know roughly what a job costs before you call. Once we know the details, we confirm the price with you, and nothing starts until you have agreed it.
